Both are generally valuable. The key difference between the two lies in their acquisition. The Protocol-Base Intelligence relies on external factors to capture and refine concepts, while Genetic Intelligence inherently possesses this fundamental process within its genetic structure. An excellent example of Genetic Intelligence is Leonardo da Vinci. Known for his exceptional abilities in art, science, music, and advanced technology ahead his time.  His IQ is estimated to be 220 or higher, placing him among the intellectual elite. People with this type of thought process are called "Autodidacts"; and they all benefit from their observation skills and the ability to visualize and theorize without the necessity of a program.

On the other hand, Protocol-Base Intelligence, while also valuable, requires established protocols, methods or systems to solve problems or make decisions.

Those with a degree, whether technical or doctoral, acquire their knowledge and skills through a structured educational program. They have learned to apply theories, principles and protocols in their field of study and their intelligence is manifested in the ability to effectively use this knowledge in real-world situations.

One example of a modern autodidact is Charlie Kirk.
